Before we get started, yeah I know that Naruto doesn't have Wood Style and Moegi have never been seen using Wood Style, however both of them have potential of gaining ability .
As per Narutopedia, Moegi has access to Earth and Water as well as Kekkei Genkai Wood Style. On the other hand, Naruto have access to all chakra natures including ying, yang and ying-yang, however the Kekkei Genkai that he has access to are Magnet release, Boil release and Lava release. The information on Naruto here seems to be based on what has already been revealed as we have seen Naruto using Magnet style, Lava Style and Boil release Rasenshuriken.
Since, as per Narutopedia, Naruto does not have wood release, let's check if he does have potential for gaining it.
Wood release can be gained using one of two ways. Either the user must have access to Earth and Water chakra natures or they should have access to Hashirama cells. In the case of Moegi, she have access to Water as well as Earth styles, providing her with the ability to use wood style. Yamato on the other hand went through some alterations in his childhood as a part of Orochimaru's experiment through which he gained ability to use Wood style.
Due to this, it feels a bit weird to me that Narutopedia doesn't included Wood style as Naruto's Kekei Genkai and did mention it for Moegi when both of them have never been seen using Wood Style. For Moegi, she does have potential to gain wood style, however Naruto seems to have much greater chance of gaining Wood style. Naruto has been seen using boil release and boil release is also mentioned as one of his Kekei Genkai. Boil release is a combination of Water Style and Fire Style. Naruto has also been seen using Earth style in vs. Momoshiki as well as vs. Boruto fight. So he does have access to the two chakra natures required for wood style. Not just that, during the end of his fight against Sasuke during the fourth great shinobi war, he lost one of his arm that was been replaced with a new arm made using Hashirama cells. Additionally, Naruto is a reincarnation of Ashura just like Hashirama and Ashura had ability to use both wood release as well as rasengan.
Now that we know that both Moegi and Naruto have potential of gaining wood style, let's discuss who would have a stronger wood style. In my opinion, just look at why Moegi can have wood style vs. why Naruto can gain wood style. Naruto also have greater chakra reserves as well as great chakra control. Not just that,even if Moegi gains wood style, she still can't use "Sage Art Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands" which is arguably the most powerful wood release jutsu, on the other hand Naruto can use it. Due to all of this, Naruto can become more powerful wood style user as compared to Moegi or even Yamato.
If you are wondering why Moegi can't use the most powerful wood release Jutsu but Naruto can't, just check the name of the Justu once more, it is a sage art jutsu. It is used by adding nature energy to water and earth style. Moegi doesn't have ability to do that, however Naruto is a perfect sage who even have experience in adding nature energy to his own Jutsu, making him able to use this Jutsu.
Another question that arises is that if Naruto can gain such a powerful technique, why has he never used it. The answer is simple, he can't. Just having potential to use a Jutsu doesn't mean that the user can use it. For eg. Boruto as a genin has three chakra natures(Wind, Lightning and Water), this doesn't mean that he can use something like say "Purple lightning". He has potential of beenable to use it,however he didn't learn how to use it. Similarly, Naruto didn't learn wood style, therefore he can't use it. Some theorise that Naruto can't use wood style because of the tail beast chakra within him. Well, that is possible, however I am not too sure about it. One thing that I am sure of however is that he would be way too overpowered then and that was something that the writers clearly wanted to avoid. One may think that now that Kurama is no more, it's time for Naruto to get a power up, however the writers want to focus more on Boruto era shinobi by having Kawali regain his Kama without the side-effects of been taken over by Ishiki and Boruto becoming 100% Osutsuki without been completely transformed to Momoshiki and not deciding to try gain control over Borushiki mode. Naruto is still really powerful with much more powerful Sage Mode, the threats that are dealing with are even more powerful than anyone we have ever faced and Boruto becoming era shinobi need to prepare to face them keeping the Naruto era shinobi in background.
