In this blog we are going to discuss the end of Boruto Manga Part 1.
Boruto anime Part 1 ended last month with Code arc and the ending was amazing, especially the final scene of the first part of the anime mirroring the flash forward shown at the beginning as well as the end of the part 1 of the anime.
As of the writing of this blog, the Boruto Manga seems to ended with Chapter 20 released a few days back and the highlight of this chapter was not the beginning or end but in mid way of the chapter with Sarada finally unlocking her mangekyo sharingan becoming the first in the history of Naruto/Boruto series to unlock it without witnessing the death of a love one. Sarada is the first Uchiha born after the cycle of hatred was broken by Naruto and Sasuke and the awakening of her mangekyo sharingan in this manner is a proof of this.
So, there seems to be some exceptions to the people affected by Eida's powers in the last chapter. Eida is an exception because she was the one who user her powers, Borua and Kawai are exceptions due to being Otsutsuki and Daemon is unaffected due to being Eida's sibling, however Sarada and Sumire also seem to be unaffected. Some people speculate that this could be because both of them have strong feelings for Boruto. Even Sasuke seems to be affected.
Eida informed Shikamaru that Boruto killed Naruto and Shikamaru alerted this info to the search teams as well. While Boruto is running away he gets stopped by Ino-Shika-Cho team and Shikadai reveals that he considered Boruto his friend. In his mind Kawaki and Boruto have switched places so what he feeled for Kawaki is what he now feel for Boruto instead which means despite of Shikamaru doubting on Kawaki, Shikadai still considered him a friend. While Ino-Shika-Cho team tries to stop them Momoshiki takes this as an opportunity reminding Boruto that he lost everyone, he has no friends at all. He offers Boruto to switch with him as Boruto can't finish them off as for Boruto they are still his friends, however Boruto declines the offer knowing what Momoshiki might do.
Sumire sensed that something is wrong and contacts Sarada to confirm the same revealing that the two of them are unaffected as they do remember Boruto and son of Naruto. While Sarada runs to stop Mitsuki, she encounters Sasuke on the way. Sasuke asks Sarada to let Mitsuki continue as Boruto did killed Naruto and that she should go back while he will continue to search for Boruto and put a stop to him. Sarada tries to stop him, tries to explain how what he thinks is not true, she cries and tries to convince him the truth and in the process, she unlocks her mangekyo sharingan while asking her dad to help Boruto.
Sasuke decides to trust his daughter and rescues Boruto from Ino-Shika-Cho team. Sasuke tells what he remembers about Kawaki.
He also reveals how he feels even more convinced that Sarada is telling the truth. Boruto has Sasuke's head band that his mind says that he gave to Kawai and he can sense Momoshiki within Boruto while he is supposed to be inside Kawaki instead as per his mind.
Eida and Daemon arrives the scene and Eida apologises for what she has done. She feels that Kawaki is acting really cowardly right now but he still does consider Boruto his brother. Boruto does not consider Kawaki as his enemy but a brother that he needs to stop. Boruto is now is a similar situation to that of Naruto in his earlier days. His whole village hates him with only a few exceptions, there is an evil organisation that is after him and he leaves with his master to train so that he can change the situation from Brother killing brother to a mere quarrel between siblings.
The chapter ends with Code's hunger for revenge, Kawaki's intention to put and and to Boruto and Boruto ready to get stronger to take on the challenges waiting on his way ahead.
